Tough (Question) Tuesday What habit are you gonna break

Tough (Question) Tuesday What habit are you gonna break Bad Habits by Murphy Adams Recently, I decided not to coach on Sunday nights. As simple as that decision was, I was surprised by it. Why didnt I think of this before? Its so obvious!, I thought. But I realized that Ive been coaching on Sunday nights since I started coaching (early 2008, people), as the nights I spent on When I Grow Up (the days were spent in my Corporate America gig) sometimes werent enough.  I had to offer weekends up to classes and clients, and Sunday nights seemed like the lesser of all evils. Then, I left Corporate America and started working full-time, and I convinced myself that I still needed to offer Sundays yknow, for left coast people who didnt get off work until it was 8 or 9p in my neck of the woods. And while thats still a valid excuse to keep it up, I realized thats what it was: an excuse. Thankfully, I trust my business enough to think that the clients wont dry up if I stop offering Sunday night times. I had to finally recognize that Sunday nights werent working for me, and th at was enough to cut it off when my current  Operations! end at the end of August. So, I was hoping to spark the same for you. What habit are you gonna break? _______________________________________________________________________ If you enjoyed the Intro video for my new band, The Declaration of Ukes, you can now watch our  Verse Bloopers (Chorus Bloopers comin tomorrow, because we had so many freakin bloopers  we divvied them up by where they are in the song!) right here.
